mixed experience
printing refusal unremarkable breakfast
the location was acceptable providing easy access to many city areas
the hotel refused to print a 50 page document i needed this felt odd considering the hotel is advertised as a five star hotel the breakfast was unremarkable it wasn't terrible but certainly nothing special to warrant the price i paid overall the stay was disappointing

kind staff pretty neighborhood safe area spacious room
The staff was very kind. the neighborhood is pretty and close by. It has everything you need, shops and restaurants. the hotel is really nice. i found the area safe. the superior double room i had was spacious. breakfast was also excellent.
i found a lot of noise in the hallways with doors constantly slamming, it made resting difficult.

helpful staff great location friendly staff
I found the staff helpful. Laura at reception showed me the best places to visit on a map. All staff members were friendly and helpful . The location is great for exploring the city.
The bed was a bit too hard for my personal preference.
